Method
  • 1 x 400 g box Woolworths crumbed fish fingers
  • burger buns, to serve
  • crisp lettuce, to serve
  • for the chunky tartare sauce:

  • gherkins, chopped
  • red onions, chopped
  • hard-boiled eggs, chopped
  • fresh dill, chopped
  • fresh parsley, chopped
  • capers, rinsed and chopped
  • mayonnaise
  • Woolworths frozen crinkle cut potato chips, to serve

Method

Ingredients

1. Cook frozen fish fingers according to package instructions.

2. Toast burger buns in butter in a pan until golden. Fill the bun with the fish fingers, crisp lettuce and a chunky tartare sauce.

3. For the chunky tartare sauce, combine chopped gherkins, red onions, hard-boiled eggs, dill, parsley and capers with mayonnaise. Serve with crinkle-cut chips, cooked according to package instructions.
