Fish finger butty

Ingredients
- 1 x 400 g box Woolworths crumbed fish fingers
- burger buns, to serve
- crisp lettuce, to serve
- for the chunky tartare sauce:
- gherkins, chopped
- red onions, chopped
- hard-boiled eggs, chopped
- dill, chopped
- parsley, chopped
- capers, rinsed and chopped
- mayonnaise
- Woolworths frozen crinkle cut potato chips, to serve
Cooking Instructions
1. Cook frozen fish fingers according to package instructions.
2. Toast burger buns in butter in a pan until golden. Fill the bun with the fish fingers, crisp lettuce and a chunky tartare sauce.
3. For the chunky tartare sauce, combine chopped gherkins, red onions, hard-boiled eggs, dill, parsley and capers with mayonnaise. Serve with crinkle-cut chips, cooked according to package instructions.
