This is a total game-changer, you’ve never eaten cabbage like this before! It’s so good, you might even want to skip the meat.

Ingredients
Method- 1 cabbage, cut into 8 wedges
- 1 x 160 ml jar Woolworths Chinese BBQ glaze
- 2 T olive oil
- salt, to taste
- 3 T mayonnaise
- 2 T rice wine vinegar
- 2 T Woolworths trout caviar (optional)
Method
Ingredients1. Preheat the oven to 180°C. Cook the cabbage wedges on a griddle pan until charred.
2. Place on a baking tray, brush evenly with the BBQ glaze, cover in olive oil and season with salt. Roast for 10–15 minutes, or until tender.
3. Combine the mayonnaise and rice vinegar and serve the cabbage topped with the mayonnaise and caviar.
