Stollen with classic Christmas pudding and brandy custard

Ingredients

  • 900 g classic Christmas pudding
  • 1 litre brandy custard
  • preserved peaches
  • icing sugar
  • 1 Stollen
  • dark chocolates

Method

Microwave the Christmas pudding until warm.

Smother with 1 litre brandy custard, top with preserved peaches and dust with icing sugar.

Serve with slices of  Stollen and an assortment of dark chocolates.

To make the brandy custard: add 60 ml of brandy to every 2 cups of custard, or use 1 t brandy essence..
