Chicken pita breads

Ingredients

400 g Woolworths Llightly dusted crumbed spicy mini chicken breast fillets
4 pita breads, halved
100 g carrots, julienned
90 g Woolworths pick & mix solo leaf Crunchita™ lettuce, shredded
160 g olives, pitted
¼ cucumber, sliced into half-moons

For yoghurt and feta dressing, whisk:

1 cup plain yoghurt
1 feta

Method

1. Cook the tender strips in the air fryer for 10 - 12 minutes or until golden brown.
2. Warm the pita bread and dollop in the yoghurt dressing. Stuff with the carrots, lettuce, olives and cucumber and top with the chicken strips.
