Parmesan crisps

Ingredients

Woolworths Italian Parmigiano Reggiano rinds

Method

Cut the rinds into small pieces, roughly the size of a fingernail.
Place rind side down on a microwaveable dinner plate.
Heat for 1 minute in the microwave until puffed up. Cook for a further 20 seconds if necessary.
Pour into a bowl once cooled and enjoy like crisps.
