Oyster steaks with mushroom butter and chips

1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions.
2. Heat a pan and pour in a little of the oil from the mussels.
3. Add the cream, then the mussels. Stir and allow to simmer for 1–2 minutes.
4. Add the pasta and season to taste. You won’t need much salt as the mussels are already salty.
