Ingredients

1 Woolworths Tuscan rub chicken roast with a butter brine-based blend
500 g Woolworths frozen mashed potatoes
100 g butter
10 g sage leaves
oregano salt, to season
oregano

Method

1. Follow the cooking instructions for the Tuscan chicken.

2. Add the butter to the pan for 2–3 minutes of cooking. Cook until the butter is melted and bubbling. Add fresh sage and cook until the sage is crisp and the butter is dark golden brown.

3. Serve with a side of cream mashed potato, burnt sage butter, and a seasoning of oregano salt.
