Asian chilli-pork pancakes

  • 2 crushed cloves garlic
  • 1 grated knob of ginger
  • 1 chopped fresh chilli
  • 250 g ground pork
  • 1-2 T olive oil
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • Sweet chilli sauce
  • Savoury pancakes

Place crushed cloves garlic, grated knob of ginger, chopped fresh chilli and ground pork in a pan with olive oil. Fry for 10 minutes, or until the pork is cooked through. Squeeze over the juice of 1 lemon and serve with sweet chilli sauce and savoury pancakes.
