Ingredients

Method
  • Slices of avocado
  • Tomatoes
  • Fresh rocket
  • Grilled ciabatta
  • Bacon
  • French bread
  • Maldon Sea Salt and crushed black pepper

Stack thick slices of avocado, crisply fried pancetta, grilled warm tomatoes and fresh rocket on slices of grilled ciabatta.
Or go rustic with bacon and a hunk of fresh French bread. Sprinkle over some Maldon Sea Salt and crushed black pepper.
