Ingredients

Method
  • 2 large firm ripe avocados
  • 150 g firm tofu, drained
  • 1 x 5 cm piece ginger, grated
  • 3 spring onions, chopped, plus extra, shaved, to garnish
  • 1 green chilli, chopped
  • 2 T lime juice
  • 1 T soy sauce
  • Spring onion, shaved, to garnish

Scoop out the flesh of the avocados and blend with the rest of the ingredients.
Turn into a serving dish and chill to firm. Garnish with spring onion curls.
