- 375 g mielie rice
- 2 x 250 g Woolworths tomato-and-basil pasta sauce
- Woodsmoked bacon
- 150 g Gouda, grated
- Fresh chopped chillies
Prepare 375 g mielie rice according to package instructions.
Layer in an ovenproof dish, alternating with Woolworths tomato-and-basil pasta sauce, 2 x 250 g packets cooked diced woodsmoked bacon, a sprinkle of paprika and seasoning to taste.
Top with any remaining bacon, 150 g grated Gouda and fresh chopped chillies.
Bake at 180°C for 30 minutes.
