  • 3 x 220 g Woolworths Beef Mince Curry
  • 6 Woolworths Butter Rotis
  • 150 g Woolworths Mild Mango Atchar
  • 90 g Woolworths Pickled Red Onion Petals

Method

Ingredients

1. Heat the beef mince curry as well as the rotis according to package instructions.

2. Decant the atchar and pickled red onions, placing them into smaller ramekins, ready for serving.

3. Prepare and roll your salomis: add a generous spoonful of the mince curry and rice to each roti, roll, and give it one final toast in the pan.

3. Serve alongside accompaniments and enjoy.
