Ingredients

Method
  • 1 x 175 g Woolworths spring onion cream cheese tub
  • 100 g mozzarella, grated
  • Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
  • ½ lemon, juiced
  • 12 jalapeños, slit lengthways and seeded
  • 250 g streaky bacon
  • Maple syrup, for serving

1. Preheat the grill to high. Mix the cream cheese, mozzarella, seasoning and lemon juice.

2. Stuff the jalapeños with the cheese mixture, then tightly wrap each one in a rasher of bacon.

3. Place on a baking tray and grill for 8–12 minutes, or until golden brown. Serve with the maple syrup.
