Ingredients

Method
  • 400 g Frozen Puff Pastry Roll, thawed
  • 175 g PlantLove™ Dairy Free Macadamia Nut Based Cream Cheese
  • 2 T Calabrian chilli paste
  • 250 g Beyond™ mince
  • Fresh Italian Flat leaf parsley, chopped

  • ½ red onion, finely sliced
  • 100 g Exotic tomatoes, roughly chopped
  • A drizzle of olive oil

Method

Ingredients

1. Roll out the puff pastry, then slice in half. Place one half in a greased, hinged braai grid.

2. Evenly spread the cream cheese onto the pastry, leaving a 1 cm border around the edge. Top with the chilli paste, mince and parsley. Cover with the remaining pastry, then close the braai grid.

3. Braai over medium coals until the puff pastry has cooked through and is crispy.

4. Allow to cool slightly, slice and serve with the herb salad, onion and tomatoes, and drizzle with olive oil.
