Big-batch martini

  • 1–1½ cups gin
  • ¾ cup Tanzaro Bianco vermouth
  • 1⁄3 cup olive brine
  • 1⁄3 cup filtered water, chilled
  • green olives, for serving

Combine all the ingredients and stir well. Pour into a glass bottle and chill overnight.
