  • 1 x 400 g can red beans
  • 1 x 400 g can tomatoes
  • 1 chopped chilli
  • ½ red onion, chopped
  • 1 chopped tomato
  • Toasted wraps
  • Fried egg
  • Dried chilli
  • Sour cream

Cooking Instructions

Toss together can red beans, an tomatoes, chopped chilli, chopped coriander, ed onion, chopped, and 1 chopped tomato.

Gently heat in a saucepan over a medium to high heat for 10 to 15 minutes. Spoon into toasted wraps and top with a fried egg, dried chilli and a dollop of sour cream.
