  • 4 T cake flour
  • 4 T sugar
  • 2 T whisked whole egg
  • 3 T milk
  • 3 T oil
  • 1 T unsweetened cocoa
  • 3 T chocolate chips
  • ¼ t vanilla extract

Combine all the ingredients in a large cup or mug and place in the microwave. Cook for 2 ½ minutes on high. The mixture will rise above the rim of the cup or mug, which is fine. If it spills over, use a larger cup or mug next time.

Cook's note: Woolworths liquid egg is perfect for measuring the correct amount of egg for this recipe.
