  • 2 packed cups celery leaves
  • 2 cloves roughly chopped garlic, crushed
  • 60 g walnuts, roasted
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • 75 g mature Cheddar, grated
  • sea salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste

Cooking Instructions

Blend or process the celery leaves, garlic, nuts and oil to make a paste. Stir in the cheese and season to taste, adding more oil if necessary.
