  • 3 free-range eggs, beaten
  • 3 x 420 g cream-style sweetcorn cans
  • 250 g mature Cheddar cheese, grated
  • Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
  • 1 T chilli flakes

Cooking Instructions

Preheat the oven to 180°C.

Mix the eggs with the sweetcorn.

Fold in the cheese, seasoning and chilli flakes.

Pour into a greased casserole dish and bake for 1 hour or until golden and set.
