- 3 free-range eggs, beaten
- 3 x 420 g cream-style sweetcorn cans
- 250 g mature Cheddar cheese, grated
- Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
- 1 T chilli flakes
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Mix the eggs with the sweetcorn.
Fold in the cheese, seasoning and chilli flakes.
Pour into a greased casserole dish and bake for 1 hour or until golden and set.
