- 1 Woolworths free-range chicken with barley, dates and duck rashers
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C. Remove the film from the foil tray and remove the bacon lattice and glaze sachet. Set aside.
2. Cook the chicken in the foil tray for approximately 50 minutes. Place the bacon lattice on top of the chicken and drizzle with the glaze. Cook the chicken for a further 10 minutes. Once cooked, remove from the oven and allow to rest for 10 minutes.
