- 4 Woolworths Easy to Cook slow-cooked lamb shanks
- 2 sheets Woolworths all-butter frozen puff pastry
- 1 egg
- black sesame seeds or mustard seeds, for serving

Roast 4 Woolworths Easy to Cook slow-cooked lamb shanks according to package instructions.
Cut 2 sheets Woolworths all-butter frozen puff pastry into even strips while still frozen. Arrange the pastry in a loose lattice over the warm lamb shanks, brush with egg wash, sprinkle with sea salt and black mustard seeds or sesame seeds.
Return to the oven and bake for a further 20– 30 minutes at 200°C until the pastry is golden and cooked through.
Serve with garlic mash and garnish with rosemary.
Cook's note: Showstopping dishes needn’t take hours of prep or be fiendishly difficult. This is one of our favourite cheat's dishes.
