- Chopped chicken fillets
- Olive oil
- A squeeze of lemon juice
- Wonton wrappers
- Chilli dipping sauce
Blend chopped chicken fillets with olive oil, garlic, coriander and a squeeze of lemon juice.
Spoon into the centre of wonton wrappers and fasten the edges.
Steam or deep-fry and serve with a Vietnamese dipping sauce.
