- 400 g strawberries
- 3 sliced peaches
- Sparkling wine

In a blender, purée the strawberries and peaches. Pour the chilled fruit soup into a bowl, add a scoop of lemon sorbet and top up with frothy sparkling wine.
Garnish with sliced peaches, fresh sweet strawberries and baby violets.
