- 200 g strawberries
- 200 g dark chocolate
- 50 g peanut sprinkles
Wash and dry 200 g strawberries.
Melt 200 g dark chocolate, then dip the strawberries into the chocolate and arrange on a silpad.
Toast 50 g peanut sprinkles in a dry pan for 30 seconds.
Sprinkle over the strawberries before the chocolate sets.
Chill until ready to serve.
