  • 125 g icing sugar
  • 125 g flour
  • 80 g melted butter
  • 3 free-range egg whites
  • 2 t vanilla extract
  • Swiss chocolate*

Cooking Instructions

Preheat the oven to 180°C. Whisk together icing sugar, flour, melted butter, free-range egg whites and vanilla extract. Place 1 t of the mixture on a silpad or a baking tray lined with greaseproof paper, then spread to create a thin circle.
Repeat with the remaining mixture then bake for 8–10 minutes, or until golden. Remove from the oven and allow to cool. Dip in melted Swiss chocolate* and serve
