- 1 T good-quality cocoa
- Warm water
Method
IngredientsSift together the dry ingredients.
Slowly add the warm water, while mixing, until the icing is the right texture for spreading on a cake. Add more water for a runnier icing and less for a thicker result.
Drizzle over a chocolate hot milk sponge cake.
