Ingredients

Method
  • 4 scoops berry ice cream
  • 80 g dark chocolate
  • 100s and 1000s

1. Place 4 scoops good-quality berry ice cream onto a platter. Place in the freezer.

2. Melt 80 g dark chocolate, leave to cool, and gently pour over the ice cream.

3. Sprinkle with 100’s and 1000’s and freeze until ready to serve.
