- 200 g good-quality dark chocolate
- ¼ cup cream
- ½ cup toasted desiccated coconut
- 100 g toasted flaked almonds
- 50 g dried cranberries
Melt good-quality dark chocolate, then fold in cream until incorporated and the mixture is glossy.
Mix in toasted desiccated coconut, toasted flaked almonds and 50 g dried cranberries.
Arrange spoonfuls of the mixture on a silpad and chill until set. Serve with coffee.
