Coconut-and-rum granadilla cocktail

  • 1 x 400 g can coconut milk
  • 2 tots dark rum
  • A squeeze of lime juice
  • Ice cubes
  • Wedge of lime
  • Granadilla

Add can coconut milk to a blender with tots dark rum and a squeeze of lime juice. Blend with a tray of ice cubes until crushed and creamy. Serve in glasses with a wedge of lime and granadilla.
