Coconut milk dumpling bake

Frozen prawn potstickers are baked in a creamy coconut milk sauce for an easy take on the viral dumpling bake. Rich, comforting and ready in just 15 minutes, it’s a quick dinner that turns a trending idea into something practical for a busy weeknight.

Ingredients

Method
  • 4 tbsp Woolworths Onion Chilli Crunch
  • 400 ml tin coconut milk
  • 4 tbsp soy sauce
  • 200 g Woolworths Baby Pak Choi (or whatever is in your fridge)
  • 250 g Woolworths Frozen Potstickers with Prawn
  • 2 spring onion, finely chopped (optional)
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds (optional)

Method

Ingredients

1. Mix half the Woolworths Onion Chilli Crunch with the coconut milk and soy sauce, in an ovenproof container of approx 20 cm x 20 cm.

2. Layer the veggies and potstickers in the baking dish and pour over the coconut milk mixture. Cover with foil.

3. Bake in a preheated oven of 180C for 12–15 minutes.

4. Garnish with spring onion, sesame seeds and the remainder of the chilli crunch. Serve immediately!
