Sometimes called moerkoffie, this strong, sweet coffee is best enjoyed on a morning in the bush with a buttermilk rusk.
- 2 cups of hot black coffee
- ½ cup condensed milk, or to taste
- buttermilk rusks, to serve
1. Divide the coffee between 2 mugs.
2. Add 50–80 ml condensed milk to each mug, depending on how sweet you like your coffee.
3. Enjoy warm with a buttermilk rusk.
