Creamy spinach-and-potato tarts

  • 300 g Woolworths potato croquettes
  • 400 g Woolworths creamy spinach
  • 3 free-range eggs

1. Preheat the air-fryer to 180°C. Place 4–5 potato croquettes into a 12 cm round pie dish. Press down to make a base, then air-fry for 10 minutes.

2. Beat the spinach and eggs together and spoon the mixture into the dish. Air-fry for a further 10 minutes.
