- 1 kg free-range chicken wings
- 1 T salt
- Chips, for serving (optional)
- Cos lettuce salad, for serving (optional)
Preheat the oven to 230°C.
Bring a large saucepan of water to the boil. Stir in the salt.
Boil the chicken wings for 8 minutes, then drain well. Pat dry with kitchen paper.
Place the chicken wings, skin-side down, on a baking sheet. Bake for 20 minutes or until crisp and golden. Serve immediately.
