  • 500g 70% Dark Chocolate
  • 150g Carb Clever Vanilla and Coconut Granola
  • 100g Dried Cranberries

Cooking Instructions

Melt chocolate over a double boiler.

Scoop a tablespoon of chocolate onto baking paper to form a disc like shape.

While warm, top with Granola and Cranberries.

Allow to cool at room temperature.

Store in an airtight container.
