  • 1/2 t maldon salt
  • 200 g good quality dark chocolate
  • 1/2 cup milk

Cooking Instructions

Combine the salt and chocolate. Bring the milk to the boil, pour over the chopped chocolate and allow to stand for 30 seconds.

Whisk the mixture until all the chocolate has melted and the mixture is smooth.

Spread or pour over a hotmilk sponge cake.
