- 4 T icing sugar
- ¼ t purple food colouring gel
- ¼ t pink food colouring gel
- 4 T water
- 100 g 85% dark chocolate
Divide the icing sugar between 2 bowls and add the purple food colouring to one bowl, and the pink to the other.
Add enough water to make the icing thin enough to drizzle over the chocolate.
Using either a piping bag or a spoon, drizzle the icing over the chocolate slab and allow to set before serving.
