- 500 g box Woolworths frozen garlic-and-herb mussels
- 500 g pack Woolworths cooked frozen prawns
- 2 cups fish or chicken stock
- baguette, toasted, to serve
- aïoli, to serve
1. Pan-fry frozen garlic-and-herb mussels and frozen prawns in the herb butter for 5 minutes.
2. Add the fish or chicken stock and cook for 5 minutes over a medium heat. Serve with toasted baguette and butter or aïoli.
