Method
  • 180 g butter lettuce
  • 50 g toasted almonds, chopped
  • 150 g feta
  • 1 avocado

Toss 180 g butter lettuce with 50 g chopped toasted almonds.

Top with 150 g feta and the flesh of 1 avocado.

Cook's note: Drizzle with Woolworths’ Sonoma Harvest Passion Fruit White Balsamic Condiment and olive oil.
