  • 750 g strawberries, hulled
  • 1/3 cup grenadine

To make the dressing, crush 250 g of the strawberries, push through a strainer and blend with the grenadine. Serve with small whole or sliced large strawberries.

Per serving: 421 kJ, 1 g protein, 0.5 g fat, 20.2 g carbs

TASTE’s take:
A simply lovely way of treating strawberries. The pomegranate-based grenadine syrup adds the right tone of sweetness and glorious depth of colour.
