Freshly squeezed apple and ginger juice

  • 6 Granny Smith apples, quartered and cored
  • 1 x 5 cm ginger piece, peeled

Process the apples in a juicer, one at a time, then add the ginger, adjusting the quantity according to your preference.

Serve in chilled glasses. Cook’s note: Other must-try juice combos include cucumber and mint, and carrot and orange.
