- 3 T olive oil
- 200 g feta
- Red onion
- Red-wine vinegar
- Olive oil
- 1 t dried oregano
Place a pan over a medium to high heat and add olive oil. Slice feta and dust with flour.
Fry gently in the hot oil until the cheese is just golden, then turn and fry for a few seconds more. Drain on paper towel.
Roughly chop cucumber, tomato and red onion into chunks and dress in red-wine vinegar and olive oil.
Top with olives, dried oregano and slices of warm feta.
Season to taste and serve immediately.
