  • 320 g halloumi
  • Woolworths olive tapenade
  • Cherry tomatoes

Cooking Instructions

Slice 320 g halloumi into small cubes, thread onto skewers and pan-fry in a hot pan with olive oil for 30 seconds on each side.

Cook's note: Serve with Woolworths olive tapenade and roasted cherry tomatoes.
