- 1 x 450 g hake fillet
- 2 T olive oil
- ½ cup polenta
- ½ cup Parmesan, grated
Fry 1 x 450 g hake fillet in 2 T olive oil for 6 minutes on each side.
Cook ½ cup polenta according to package instructions and mix with ½ cup grated Parmesan.
Cook's note: Serve with Woolworths red pepper pesto and sliced spring onion.
