Woolworths’ new harissa chicken casserole needs a spot in your winter supper rotation. Free-range chicken drumsticks are cooked in a spicy harissa sauce, ready for you to add the finishing touches when you get home. Chicken really does make a winning dinner!
Ingredients
- 1,2 kg Woolworths Easy Meals harissa chicken casserole with a butter-brined based blend
- 200 g Woolworths garlic-and-herb couscous, cooked
- Woolworths pickled red onion petals, to serve
- 3 mini cucumbers, shaved
- fresh mint, to serve
- fresh coriander, to serve
Cooking Instructions
1. Cook Woolworths Easy Meals harissa chicken casserole according to package instructions.
2. Serve with 200 g garlic-and-herb couscous, shaved red onions and shaved cucumbers. Garnish with fresh mint and coriander.
