- 12 Woolworths large Everyday potatoes, peeled
- 1 x 330 g tub Woolworths free-range duck fat
- Sea salt, to taste
- 20 g sage
Preheat the oven to 220°C. Cover a large roasting tray with tinfoil.
Place each potato on a wooden spoon and slice very thinly, taking care not to slice all the way through. Placing the potatoes on the wooden spoon will prevent this.
Place the potatoes on the roasting tray and generously cover with the duck fat. Season with salt and a few sage leaves. Roast for 30 minutes, or until crispy.
Cook’s note: Check the potatoes halfway through cooking as more duck fat may need to be added.
