  • 150 g butter
  • 2 t sage, chopped
  • 1 T Italian parsley, chopped
  • 2 t chives, chopped
  • 1 t oregano, chopped
  • 4 baguettes

Cooking Instructions

Preheat the oven to 180°C.

Mix 150 g softened butter with 2 t chopped sage, 1 T chopped Italian parsley, 2 t chopped chives, 1 t chopped oregano and season to taste.

Spread onto sliced baguettes and bake in tinfoil for 5 minutes, or until warmed through.
