- 250 g streaky bacon
- 300 g Woolworths pancake mix
- 4 T maple syurp
Fry the bacon in the oil until crisp then set aside.
Prepare the Woolworths pancake mix according to the package instructions.
Cook spoonfuls of the pancake mixture on one side, top with a slice of bacon, turn and cook the other side.
Drizzle each hotcake with maple syurp and serve hot.
Cook's note: you can also use our recipe for making flapjacks instead of the ready-made pancake mix.
