Ingredients

  • 4 slices panettone
  • 2 T amaretto liqueur
  • 250 g mascarpone
  • 16 strawberries

Using a Christmas-tree cookie-cutter, cut four trees out of the panettone. Drizzle with the liqueur. Mix together the mascarpone and lemon curd. Spread over the cakes.
Slice the strawberries into rings and cut some out using a tiny star cookie-cutter. Scatter on top. Dust with icing sugar and scatter over silver cake decorations.
