Day-old roast vegetables and leftover BBQ ribs become two quick pizzas on ready-made stonebaked bases. One gets crumbled feta and mozzarella over roasted veg, the other is topped with shredded rib meat and a slick of onion marmalade. Six minutes in the oven and dinner is sorted. A clever, low-waste way to turn leftovers into something everyone will eat.
